When I'm on the road and have to pass an equestrian on wider roads I slow down and make sure I don't get too close to the horse to scare it. That's for my own and the equestrian's safety. On smaller roads I actually stop.

- Gotcha. I know that there are several townhouse communities down that way. There is great riding nearby. Just head to Turtle Rock/Newport Beach and you can do all of the climbing you want to do.

I have not heard of Dr. Stein. Let me reach out to a friend of mine that is on the staff at Hoag Hospital. She gets it; she suffered a mild TBI herself and has been a great resource for medical referrals and advice. Where in OC do you live? I am in Irvine.
